Thank you for shopping with Night Sky Stencils! We take pride in delivering quality DIY kits and accessories to our valued customers. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Refund Policy:

1. Eligibility for Refund:

   – To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Timeframe for Refund:

   – You have 15 calendar days from the date you received your purchase to request a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund:

   – To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service at (801) 599-9836. Provide your order number and details about the item you would like to return.

4. Refund Processing:

   – Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Refund Method:

   – Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Return Policy:

1. Return Shipping:

   – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

2. Return Authorization:

   – Before returning any item, you must obtain authorization from our customer service team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

3. Condition of Returned Items:

   – Returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

4. Restocking Fee:

   – A restocking fee may apply for certain returns. This fee, if applicable, will be communicated during the return authorization process.

Please note that personalized or customized items may not be eligible for a refund unless there is a defect or error on our part.

5. Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 8667 W Sweetgum Dr., Magna, UT 84044

7. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
